LOCATION: Houston Cyber Summit takes place in Houston, Texas at the Norris Conference Centers – City Centre (816 Town and Country Blvd. Ste 210, Houston TX 77024 – just off sky bridge to Hotel Moran). Parking is available and we encourage you to park in the garage that is attached to the Norris Centers location (paralleling Beltway 8). You will see signs with the Norris name and logo directing you to the correct floors to park.  Please note that a number of parking spaces are reserved for other tenants of the complex and have “reserved” signs identifying these spaces. There is plenty of parking, so please avoid parking in these reserved spots.

People come from over 50 countries to attend the conference each year! To get your VISA letter, first purchase a ticket to the conference. Once you’ve done that, please send an email to: [email protected] with your full name, passport number, date of birth, passport expiration date, and country of issue and we can draft this letter for you. If your VISA application is denied, we will issue a full refund up to one month prior to the conference.

Please be aware of the following cancellation policy: If you cancel before July 31, 2022, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between August 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee. If you cancel after August 31, 2022, you are not eligible for a refund. This is not your typical event. Because our target audience is cyber experts, every attendee is part of the “media” and many will be publishing findings from the event. Because of this, we don’t offer traditional media passes.

We do have time-sensitive discounts available at the currently published prices. When those expire the price will go up. If you’re interested in coming, you should take advantage of these discounts.
